  1. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will  replace the item at no additional cost to you.
  2. Wrong Item Received: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you promptly.
  3. Customer Dissatisfaction: Please note that as all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size or for change of mind. We recommend carefully reviewing our sizing charts and product descriptions before making a purchase.
How to Initiate a Return:
  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return or replacement, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Please include photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
